Assistant Deli Manager-
Full time position, excellent working environment and staff. Must be available to work every other weekend. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail a must. Responsibilities include but not limited to: hot and cold food preparation, proper portions of food, ordering and merchandising product, waiting on full service deli case, suggestive selling of deli items, assisting in preparing daily menu items and special orders, monitoring quality of products, checking sell by dates, safe food handling, stocking and rotating product, filling in for the deli manager as needed, and other duties as assigned.
