2 | pounds | zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and sliced horizontally into 1/4- inch thick pieces | |

2 | cloves | garlic, minced | |

1/4 | cup | olive oil | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | Italian seasoning | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper | |
|
In a large skillet, saute the zucchini in oil for about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and continue to saute for 1 minute longer.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and and serve at once.
