1 | cup | mayonnaise | |

3 | tablespoons | sriracha | |

2 | tablespoons | fresh lemon juice | |
|
Preheat grill to medium heat. Slice zucchini into 1/4-inch slices. In a mixing bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil and then place the slices on a metal skewer. Season zucchini slices with salt and pepper. Place on the grill, cover, and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping the zucchini half way through.
While grilling, prepare dip by mixing the garlic, mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lemon juice in a small mixing bowl. When ready to serve, plate zucchini chips with Sriracha mayonnaise in a small serving bowl on the side.
